Our Next Meeting:

Jennifer Spencer has kindly offered to host our next potluck (“Munchin”) meeting at her home.

She will supply paper products, etc., drinks and something to eat.

Notes from Our Last Meeting

It was so good to connect with members in person after a long while. There was a lively

discussion that focused on brainstorming an archive, website move, vision statement, shows and

the like. Volunteers are working on ideas which will be shared with all of us as they develop.

Some actions in the pipeline with volunteers working them:

• Wikipedia page

• Mission and Vision statements, FAQs

• Communication system development

• Show locations: vacant storefronts, libraries, emphasizing locations we haven’t shown in

• More frequent in person meetings, maybe every 2 months; explore regular meeting space

• Google Drive Contents: CVs, hi-res photos, show announcements (2009-present), art calls, logo
